Emmy Award winner Carrie Preston returns as Elsbeth Tascioni, the brilliant yet unconventional consent decree attorney working with the NYPD to track down New York’s most entitled murderers utilizing her unique, intuitive point of view. The critically acclaimed series enters its fourth season with fresh cases, family drama and new pressures on Elsbeth and the 11th Precinct, led by her boss, Captain C.W. Wagner (Wendell Pierce). ELSBETH is based on the character featured in THE GOOD WIFE and THE GOOD FIGHT.

The fourth season of ELSBETH premieres Thursday, Oct. 8 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) this fall on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ Premium plan subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs).
