Clint Dempsey

Clint Dempsey is a studio analyst for CBS Sports’ Concacaf coverage. Dempsey is considered one of the greatest American players in history and was twice named Fulham FC’s player of the season. Following time at Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur, Dempsey scored 57 English Premier League goals—the most all-time for any American men’s player. The Texas native also spent time in Major League Soccer, beginning his pro career with the New England Revolution and ending his career with Seattle Sounders FC. Dempsey has represented the United States in three FIFA World Cups, and his 57 goals are tied for the most in U.S. Men’s National Team history. Dempsey, who retired from playing in 2018, will be making his debut as an analyst.
