Adam Archuleta

Adam Archuleta joined CBS in 2013 as a college football analyst for CBS Sports Network, and appeared weekly on INSIDE COLLEGE FOOTBALL. He was named game analyst for THE NFL ON CBS in June 2014.

 

Archuleta had a seven-year career in the NFL, playing for the St. Louis Rams (2001-05), Washington Redskins (2006) and Chicago Bears (2007). He was the 20th overall selection in the 2001 draft and was named to the All-Rookie Team by The Football News and Pro Football Weekly that year. Archuleta led the NFL for most sacks by a defensive back in 2003. He also was chosen as a member of the St. Louis Rams’ 10th Anniversary Team.

 

Archuleta graduated from Arizona State University in 2000 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. He was a three-year starting linebacker, and was named to the First-Team All Pac-10 twice (1999, 2000). As a senior in 2000, Archuleta was named the Pac-10 Defensive Player of the Year.

 

Archuleta lives in Arizona with his wife, Jennifer, and three kids; sons Jett and Hawk, and daughter, Piper.
