CBS SPORTS’ ‘WE NEED TO TALK’ CELEBRATES 10TH ANNIVERSARY

Groundbreaking All-Women Studio Show to Feature Two Episodes This Month, Highlighted by Special Guests and a Deep Dive into the Growth of Women’s Sports

CBS Sports’ all-women studio show WE NEED TO TALK celebrates its 10th anniversary this month, with two special episodes hosted by the show’s impressive roster of women, past and present.

The episodes will highlight the growth of women’s sports and look back at 10 years of the groundbreaking show, which launched on Sept. 30, 2014. The first will air on Saturday, Sept. 21 (1:30 PM, ET) on CBS and Paramount+ with in-studio guest appearances by a pair of women’s sports advocates: tennis legend Billie Jean King and Washington Spirit owner Michele Kang. The second show will air on Monday, Sept. 30 (7:00 PM, ET) on CBS Sports Network, looking back at the past decade in sports and celebrating some of the best moments in WE NEED TO TALK history.


 

This month’s episodes of WE NEED TO TALK will feature appearances by current and former hosts Katrina Adams, Swin Cash, Tina Cervasio, Jenny Dell, Aditi Kinkhabwala, Andrea Kremer, Sarah Kustok, Allie LaForce, Lisa Leslie, Renee Montgomery, AJ Ross, Summer Sanders, Amy Trask, Tracy Wolfson and Lesley Visser.

The show is led by coordinating producer and director Suzanne Smith, and producers Amy Salmanson and Julie Keryc.

WE NEED TO TALK NOW, CBS Sports’ podcast highlighting women in sports, will also celebrate the milestone. Hosts Ashley Nicole Moss and Alicia Jay will be joined by the roster of WE NEED TO TALK women, with new episodes available on Tuesdays on YouTube and across all podcast platforms, including Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
