Janelly Farias is an analyst for CBS Sports’ Concacaf coverage and has also contributed to WE NEED TO TALK. She is currently a defender for Mexican side Club América, previously playing for C.D. Guadalajara in Liga MX Femenil. Born and raised in Southern California, Farias is Mexican-American and has represented the Mexico Women’s National Team at numerous levels, including at the 2006 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Championship. Farias’ experience as an analyst includes covering the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup for Telemundo.
