Mark Wolff

Mark Wolff serves as lead producer for CBS Sports’ college basketball coverage, after being named coordinating producer of the Network’s college basketball coverage in May 2012. He is also a game producer for THE NFL ON CBS.

 

Wolff began his career with CBS Sports in 1980 as a broadcast associate and became a producer in 1984.  He has produced the CBS Television Network’s coverage of Super Bowl XXXV and Super Bowl XXXVIII.  During his tenure with CBS Sports, Wolff has produced the Network’s coverage of the NFL, THE NFL TODAY, the NBA, college basketball, the Tour de France, the World Figure Skating Championships and the 1992 and 1994 Olympic Winter Games, as well as the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship and Final Four.

 

Wolff was one of NBC Sports’ top producers, distinguishing himself with his work on the NBA as lead producer for the 1996 NBA Finals featuring Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls; Major League Baseball, including the National League Championship Series, the 1996 Olympic Summer Games, Notre Dame football and the NFL.  An eight-time Emmy Award winner, he also has been honored with an Eclipse Award for his work on the Belmont Stakes and a DGA Directing Award for the Tour de France.

 

Wolff graduated from UCLA with a degree in political science.  He was born May 11, 1958, in Los Angeles, and resides in New Canaan, Conn., with his wife, Lisa, and four children, James, Alex, Andrew and Austin.
