(January 19, 2010) - A detective that perfectly combines muscle, money, magnetism and, of course, the moustache, MATT HOUSTON arrives onto DVD March 9 from CBS Home Entertainment and Paramount Home Entertainment.  Available as a six-disc set, MATT HOUSTON: THE FIRST SEASON includes all 23 free-wheeling episodes from the premiere season.

MATT HOUSTON stars Lee Horsley as the sexy, wealthy and charismatic Texan Matlock "Matt" Houston, who relocates from Texas to Los Angeles to oversee his family's oil business.  However, Houston spends his abundant free time and money pursuing his real passion: detective work.  Whether it's interviewing a beautiful, bikini-clad woman or flying his own helicopter from his penthouse to a new investigation, Matt Houston is always ready for action.

Co-starring Pamela Hensley and George Wyner, the first season is highlighted by a variety of celebrity guest appearances including Heather Locklear,, Martin Landau, Tori Spelling, David Cassidy, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Janet Leigh, Jill St. John, George Takei,  Sonny Bono, Dick Butkus and Robert Goulet.  MATT HOUSTON: THE FIRST SEASON will be available for the suggested retail price of $49.99 US and $54.99 CAN.
