New York, NY - February 15, 2007 - Inside Edition conducted an exclusive on-camera interview with Todd Bernstein, the former personal limo driver and bodyguard of Anna Nicole Smith, who speaks out for the first time about his departed bombshell boss.

Following is a transcript of this exclusive interview as broadcast on today's edition of INSIDE EDITION. Credit must be given to INSIDE EDITION.

Bernstein, who worked for Smith for seven years, says he was present at the now infamous 2004 American Music Awards where Smith appeared on stage, apparently intoxicated.

Bernstein: "We were backstage and I told Howard something is going to happen here. She [Smith] is going to go off and do something, and he just looked at me and looked at her and said ‘just be cool.'"

Bernstein, who custom built a limo for Smith's reality show, says the former playmate's favorite seat in the limo was the one closest to the champagne glasses.

Bernstein: "Anna loved champagne...good champagne...Cristal, Dom, it was always on hand."

Bernstein: "I've seen her [Smith] go through half a bottle of vodka in an hour."

Bernstein: "Towards the end of the evenings... Anna would literally pass out in the back of the limousine and I would have to carry her upstairs."

Bernstein also told INSIDE EDITION Anna engaged in several romantic relationships including one with Larry Birkhead.

Bernstein: "It was romantic absolutely, but there was this triangle of relationship where Howard was always peering in...trying to protect her."

Bernstein says he has received an invitation from Howard K. Stern to attend Anna Nicole Smith's funeral in the Bahamas and will be attending as he greatly misses what he considered his larger than life friend.

Bernstein: "It was a party...everything with her [Smith] was a constant party."
