“The New World: Parts 1 & 2” (# 20 & 21) The third season opens mere seconds after we last saw Isabelle become a beautiful twenty-year old woman. Richard not only has to deal with his daughter’s sudden transformation but the discovery that his wife, Lily, has aged decades in a matter of moments and is now seventy-five years old in THE 4400, Sunday, June 11 (8:00 PM – 10:00 PM, ET/PT). Ira Steven Behr, one of the series executive producers, and Craig Sweeny wrote the episode, directed by Vincent Misiano.
Tom and Diana pursue a radical 4400 organization called the Nova Group that has launched attacks against Dennis Ryland and the other bureaucrats involved with the inhibitor scandal. At the 4400 Center, Shawn is forced to contend with the new Nova threat as he tries to use his ability to help an ailing Lily. Maia begins attending school at the 4400 Center. Isabelle learns more about her role in the future’s plan as her mother Lily deteriorates.
