Studio Coverage to Originate Live From Italy for Parma vs. AC Milan on Aug. 24 Across the CBS Television Network and Paramount+

CBS Sports today announced live match and studio coverage details for the start of the Serie A season, including its first time featuring a match from Italy’s top league on broadcast television. CBS Sports will feature Parma vs. AC Milan on the CBS Television Network and Paramount+ on Saturday, Aug. 24 at 12:30 PM, ET. The match will feature a 60-minute pre-match show live from Parma with coverage streaming live on Paramount+ beginning at 11:30 AM, ET, and continuing for 30 minutes on CBS at 12:00 PM, ET.

CBS Sports’ studio coverage for the entire season will be led by host Poppy Miller alongside analysts Matteo Bonetti, Mike Grella and Marco Messina. Miller, Grella and Messina will provide studio coverage pitchside from Parma on Aug. 24. Chris Wittyngham will provide play-by-play for the match alongside Bonetti (analyst). Christina Unkel contributes to coverage as CBS Sports’ rules analyst.

Milan features star U.S. Men’s National Team players Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah, while both Milan and Parma feature American ownership groups.

CBS Sports’ Serie A studio coverage beginning on Saturday, Aug. 17 will be centered around CBS Sports Golazo Matchday, a studio show offering the latest pre- and post-match analysis around the day’s biggest contests.

This season will mark the widest distribution of Serie A ever in the U.S. with more than 400 club matches streaming live on Paramount+ and select matches on the CBS Television Network, CBS Sports Network and CBS Sports Golazo Network.

In addition to airing live matches, CBS Sports Golazo Networkwill provide analysis and commentary of Serie A competition throughout its live studio programming, including MORNING FOOTY, CBS SPORTS GOLAZO MATCHDAY and SCORELINE.
