MELINDA HELPS A GIRL IN A PSYCHIATRIC CLINIC WHO IS HAUNTED BY THE GHOST OF HER IDENTICAL TWIN SISTER, ON "GHOST WHISPERER," FRIDAY, OCT. 7

"Ghost, Interrupted" -- A teenage girl is haunted by the ghost of her identical twin sister, on GHOST WHISPERER, Friday, Oct. 7 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Ian Sander, one of the series' executive producers, directed the episode from a script by Jed Seidel.

A teenage girl is sent to a psychiatric clinic when her family observes her very odd behavior following the death of her twin sister. During a clinic group outing in town, the girl runs away and hides in Melinda's store, where her twin sister appears and blames Melinda for revealing the girl's whereabouts to clinic authorities. Quickly learning that the girl's unusual behavior is due to the fact that her twin is haunting her, Melinda must help the deceased twin apologize to her sister for her past betrayal so she can move on and her sister will be liberated from the clinic.

MELINDA HELPS A DECEASED MAN SAVE HIS FIANCÉE'S LIFE, ON "GHOST WHISPERER," FRIDAY, OCT. 14

"Mended Hearts" -- Following the attempted suicide of a young woman who is mourning the death of her fiancé, Melinda agrees to help the deceased fiancé save his betrothed wife's life, on GHOST WHISPERER, Friday, Oct. 14 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Executive Producer John Gray directed and wrote the episode. (Previously scheduled for an earlier date)

After a man is killed in a triathlon bike accident, his fiancée attempts to take her own life. In an effort to save her, Melinda agrees to help the deceased fiancé talk her out of committing suicide while attempting to provide closure for the grieving fiancée by connecting her with the man who received her fiancé's heart.
