“60 MINUTES” FINISHES AT #3
MAKES THE TOP 10 FOR THE 22ND STRAIGHT TIME
Makes the Top 10 in Key Demos
60 MINUTES was America’s #3 primetime program in viewers last week, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Sunday, March 21. The CBS Newsmagazine drew 7.9 million viewers and made the list of America’s top 10 primetime programs for the 22nd consecutive time.
The broadcast ranked at #3 or higher for 13 of those weeks, including the last six times. 60 MINUTES has finished at #5 or higher 17 times this season.
60 MINUTES was also a top 10 broadcast in demos, scoring 1.3/06 in adults 25-54 and 0.9/06 in adults 18-49, tied for #8 and #9, respectively.
Sunday’s 60 MINUTES featured Scott Pelley’s interview of the outgoing lead prosecutor in the Capitol riot case, Michael Sherwin, a John Dickerson story on how a Georgia school district found a way to reopen its classrooms in the pandemic, and a look at how racism still affects the military by David Martin.
