Before joining CBS Newspath, Nair co-anchored ABC’s “World News Now” and “America This Morning,” the network’s early morning news programs, and was also a contributor to “Good Morning America” (2008-2011). She joined ABC News in 2007 as an anchor and correspondent for ABC News Now.

        Previously, Nair was a reporter and anchor at KWGN-TV in Denver (2003-2007). She was an anchor and reporter at KOLN/KGIN-TV in Lincoln, Neb. (2002-2003). Nair began her career in broadcast journalism at WGEM-TV in Quincy, Ill. (2002).

        A native of Colleyville, Texas, Nair graduated from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. She lives in New York City.
