- THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS -- In 1984, Jeanne Cooper's real-life facelift was televised on the show as her character, Katherine Chancellor, underwent the surgery at the same time. THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS will air a special tribute episode to the late Jeanne Cooper on Tuesday, May 28, (12:30-1:30 PM, ET; 11:00 AM-12:00 Noon, PT) on the CBS Television Network. Cast members, friends and family of the beloved actress will gather on set next week to shoot a celebration of the life of their late friend who passed away May 8, 2013, at the age of 84.
