CBS presents THE 48TH ANNUAL KENNEDY CENTER HONORS, an entertainment special celebrating lifetime artistic achievement. The 48th celebration will tape on Sunday, Dec. 7, in a star-studded celebration at the Kennedy Center Opera House stage and broadcast on Tuesday, Dec. 23, (8:00-10:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+.
The recipients to be honored at the annual national celebration of the arts in Washington, D.C., this December are George Strait, legendary rock band KISS (Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Peter Criss, Ace Frehley), Tony Award-winning stage and screen star Michael Crawford, GRAMMY® Award-winning disco pioneer Gloria Gaynor and blockbuster film powerhouse and Hollywood icon Sylvester Stallone.
ON AIR: Tuesday, Dec. 23 (8:00-10:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+.
