Devin Druid stars as Tech Specialist Sean Sullivan in CBS’ new series NCIS: NEW YORK, from the world’s most successful television franchise.
Druid is best known for portraying Tyler Down in Netflix’s “13 Reasons Why.” Recently, he starred in Starz’s “Power: Origin.” Next up, he will take the lead role in Rob Jabbaz and Garth Ennis’ apocalyptic thriller “Crossed.” He will also star in Andrew Donoho’s “Six Til Midnight.” Additional TV credits include HBO’s “Olive Kitteridge,” which won eight Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe, FX’s award-winning series “Louie” alongside Jeremy Renner and F. Murray Abraham, “House of Cards,” “Those Who Kill” and “Fatal Encounters.”
Druid made his film debut in Joachim Trier’s “Louder Than Bombs” starring opposite Jesse Eisenberg and Gabriel Byrne, which premiered at Cannes. Other film credits include Atomic Features/Lionsgate’s “Imperium” alongside Daniel Radcliffe, Annapurna Pictures’ “Weiner-Dog,” Angus Macfadyen’s “Macbeth Unhinged” and the horror feature “Founder’s Day.”
In addition to acting, Druid recently co-produced Annie Elliot’s award-winning short film “Agonist.” The feature adaptation is now being produced by Steven Schneider and Spooky Pictures. In music, he is currently in the process of writing and producing his first E.P.
Druid was nominated for Best Male Lead at the Norwegian International Film Festival and was named one of SLANT’s 10 Actors to Watch.
Druid’s birthday is Jan. 27.
