Series Premiere Watched by More Than 20 Million Multiplatform Viewers in Seven Days; Best Network TV Launch Since 2017 and Most Streamed CBS Episode Ever

CBS announced today a second season renewal for MARSHALS. Its premiere episode (Sunday, March 1 from 8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) was watched by 20.6 million multiplatform viewers within seven days, marking the most-watched Network Original series premiere without a football lead-in since 2017 (CBS’ YOUNG SHELDON). Viewership data reflects only the original Sunday, March 1 premiere, which aired on CBS and streamed on Paramount+, and does not include any encore airings.

• #1 show of the week, averaging 20.6 million viewers.

• CBS led its premiere week (Feb. 23-March 1), delivering the top two most‑watched shows (#1 MARSHALS, #2 TRACKER) and the top three new series (#1 MARSHALS, #2 SHERIFF COUNTRY, #3 BOSTON BLUE).
