Renee Elise Goldsberry stars as Nichole E. Ferebee in CBS’ new legal drama CUPERTINO, from the creators of THE GOOD WIFE and ELSBETH.

 

For television, Goldsberry most recently starred in the Netflix comedy series “Girls5Eva,” for which she earned multiple Critics Choice and TCA Award nominations. She is acclaimed for her Tony® and GRAMMY®-winning performance as Angelica Schuyler in the Broadway phenom “Hamilton,” also earning her a Primetime Emmy® nomination for Disney+’s filmed version. Goldsberry is also the subject of the acclaimed 2025 documentary “Satisfied,” which examines her “Hamilton” journey alongside the emotional terrain of family-building and new motherhood.

 

On screen, her credits include “A House of Dynamite,” “Waves,” “The Good Wife,” “Altered Carbon,” “The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks,” “The House with a Clock in its Walls,” “She-Hulk,” “Albany Road” and her breakout two-time Daytime Emmy-nominated role as Evangeline Williamson on “One Life to Live.”

 

Her Broadway credits include iconic musicals “Rent,” “The Color Purple” andThe Lion King,” as well as standout theater performances, including David Lindsay-Abaire’s award-winning play “Good People.”

 

Goldberry recently released her debut album, Who I Really Am, featuring original new music.
