"CSI" Delivers More Than 30 Million Viewers For the Second Straight Week
"Without a Trace" Posts Its Highest Ever Adult 18-49 Ratings and Matches Its Best Viewer Delivery
"Survivor: All Stars" Draws More Than 22 Million Viewers For the Third Consecutive Week
"Everybody Loves Raymond" Hits a Season High in Adults 18-49 and Has Its Most Watched Episode Since September
CBS Leads February Sweep in Viewers and Households and Is In a Heated Battle for First in Adults 25-54
CBS Remains the Only Major Network Posting February-to-February Increases in Viewers and Key Demographics
CBS placed first in viewers and households for the fourth consecutive week and remains the only major network to post year-to-year February sweep increases in viewers and key demographics, according to Nielsen ratings for the week ending Feb. 22, Week 22 of the 2003-2004 television season.
CBS's weekly win was powered by another strong week by CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, which mirrored last week's record-breaking performance with nearly 31 million viewers, WITHOUT A TRACE which matched last week's all-time high viewer delivery while soaring to a new high in adults 18-49, EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND, hitting a season high in adults 18-49 and most watched episode since September and SURVIVOR: ALL-STARS, which had more than 22 million viewers for the third consecutive week.

For the week in viewers, CBS (13.62m) dominated NBC (12.80m), FOX (9.65m) and ABC (9.17m). Season-to-date, CBS (13.78m) is first in viewers followed by NBC (10.96m), FOX (9.84m) and ABC (9.37m).

For the week in households, CBS (8.7/14) was +7% ahead of NBC (8.1/13), +45% ahead of ABC (6.0/10) and +50% ahead of FOX (5.8/09). Season-to-date, CBS (8.8/14) has a +22% advantage over NBC (7.2/12), +42% ahead of FOX (6.2/10) and +44% ahead of ABC (6.1/10).

CBS was first or second in viewers six out of seven nights last week, for the second week in a row. CBS won Monday, Thursday and Saturday and was second on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.

CBS was second in adults 25-54 (5.0/12), women 25-54 (5.9/13) and men 25-54 (4.1/10).

Through 18 days of the February 2004 sweep, CBS is first in viewers and households and second in adults 25-54 (-0.1 rating point behind NBC) and adults 18-49. CBS is the only major network posting year-to-year increases.
Season-to-date, CBS (5.1/12) is first in adults 25-54 with a +0.3 advantage over NBC. This time last year, CBS trailed NBC by -0.3 rating point. CBS is second in adults 18-49 (4.1/11), just -0.1 behind NBC. This time last year, CBS was fourth, trailing -0.1 behind ABC and -0.2 behind FOX and -0.6 behind NBC.

? CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (18.5/27), viewers (30.87m), adults 25-54 (13.3/28) and adults 18-49 (10.8/25). CSI continued its strong lead over "The Apprentice," topping its competition in the 9:00-10:00 PM hour by +54% in households (18.5/27 vs. 12.0/18), +30% in adults 25-54 (13.3/28 vs. 10.2/21), +9% in adults 18-49 (10.8/25 vs. 9.9/23) and by 11 million viewers (30.87m vs. 19.82m, +11.05m viewers).

-- CSI's delivery is nearly identical to last week's record-breaking performance in viewers (30.87m vs. 30.94m) and the best delivery in households and adults 25-54 since October 17, 2002 and adults 18-49 since December 5, 2002. This is the second week in a row CSI has delivered over 30 million viewers.

? WITHOUT A TRACE was second in households (12.8/20), viewers (20.12m), adults 25-54 (8.1/18) and adults 18-49 (6.5/16). WITHOUT A TRACE posted its best ever delivery in households and adults 18-49, matched its best performance in viewers.

? EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND was first in households (12.4/18), viewers (19.80m), adults 25-54 (8.0/17) and second in adults 18-49 (6.6/15). This is the EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND's best delivery this season in adults 18-49 and the best delivery in viewers and adults 25-54 since 9/29/03.
? SURVIVOR: ALL-STARS was first in viewers (22.80m), adults 25-54 (10.3/24), second in households (12.9/20) and adults 18-49 (8.7/22). At 8:30PM, SURVIVOR surged +15% in households (13.8/21 from 12.0/19), +18% in adults 25-54 (11.1/25 from 9.4/23), +19% in adults 18-49 (9.4/23 from 7.9/21) and added +3.40m viewers (24.50m from 21.10m). CBS won the 8:30-9:00PM time period in households, viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54. SURVIVOR: ALL-STARS delivered more than 22 million viewers for its third consecutive week.
