Led by CBS's first win in viewers and households on an opening Thursday of a February sweep since people meters and the best performance by the Grammy Awards since 2001, CBS placed first in viewers, households, adults 25-54 and just 0.l of a rating point behind FOX for second in adults 18-49, in the week ending Feb. 8, week 20 of the 2003-2004 season.
CBS has been first or second in viewers and households 19 of 20 weeks this season.

In viewers, CBS (15.42m) dominated FOX (11.67m), NBC (11.63m) and ABC (8.53m). Season-to-date, CBS (13.76m) is first in viewers followed by NBC (10.79m), FOX (9.87m) and ABC (9.43m).

In households, CBS (9.7/15) was +26% ahead of NBC (7.7/12), +39% ahead of FOX (7.0/11) and +73% ahead of ABC (5.6/09). Season-to-date, CBS (8.8/14) has a +24% advantage over NBC (7.1/12) and +42% ahead of both ABC and FOX (6.2/10, each).

CBS was first in adults 25-54 (5.9/14), women 25-54 (6.8/15), men 25-54 (5.1/12) and a strong second in adults 18-49 (4.9/13, -0.1 behind FOX). Compared to the same week last year (which did not include an episode of "Survivor" or the Grammy Awards), CBS was up +10% in households, +26% in adults 25-54, +24% in women 25-54, +34% in men 25-54 and +32% in adults 18-49.
Season-to-date, CBS (5.1/12) is first in adults 25-54 with a +0.4 advantage over NBC. This time last year, CBS trailed NBC by -0.4 rating point. CBS is second in adults 18-49 (4.1/11), just -0.1 behind NBC. This time last year, CBS was fourth, trailing FOX by -0.1, ABC by -0.2 and NBC by -0.7. ?
? On Thursday, CBS was first in households (14.3/22), viewers (23.81m) and second in adults 25-54 (10.4/23) and adults 18-49 (8.5/21). This is CBS's first household and viewer win on the first Thursday of the February sweep since the advent of people meters.

? SURVIVOR: ALL-STARS (P) was first in viewers (23.07m), second in households (13.1/19), adults 25-54 (10.4/23) and adults 18-49 (8.9/22). This is the best viewer, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 delivery for any regularly scheduled episode of "Survivor" since 3/6/2003. At 8:30PM, SURVIVOR increased +11% in households (13.8/20 from 12.4/19), +17% in adults 25-54 (11.2/24 from 9.6/22), +19% in adults 18-49 (9.6/23 from 8.1/21) and added +2.82m viewers (24.48m from 21.66m). CBS won the 8:30-9:00PM time period in viewers and adults 25-54.

CSI topped "The Apprentice" in the 9:00-10:00PM hour by +48% in households (17.7/26 vs. 12.0/17), +34% in adults 25-54 (13.1/27 vs. 9.8/20), +13% in adults 18-49 (10.5/24 vs. 9.3/22) and by over 10.5 million viewers (29.27m vs. 18.61m, +10.66m viewers). This ranks as CSI's highest rated episode this season in adults 25-54 and matched best delivery this season in adults 18-49. It matches the second most watched episode of the season.
