Ho, ho, ho, producer Jerry Bruckheimer stole the week's show as his CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, WITHOUT A TRACE and CSI: MIAMI were the week's three most watched programs and COLD CASE ranked number nine leading CBS to its eighth consecutive win in viewers and seventh in adults 25-54, in the week ending Dec. 21, Week 13 of the 2003-2004 season.
Additionally, CBS had the week's top three comedies with EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND, TWO AND A HALF MEN and STILL STANDING.
For the week in viewers, CBS (12.38m) easily outpaced NBC (9.78m), ABC (8.84m) and FOX (7.35m). Season-to-date, CBS (13.38m) is first in viewers followed by NBC (10.92m), FOX (9.681m) and ABC (9.680m).

In households, CBS (8.0/13) enjoyed a +25% advantage over NBC (6.4/11), +36% over ABC (5.9/10) and +70% over FOX (4.7/08). Season-to-date, CBS (8.7/14) has a +19% advantage over NBC (7.3/12), +36% ahead of ABC (6.4/10) and +40% ahead of FOX (6.2/10).

CBS was tied for first in adults 25-54 (4.3/11 with NBC, the demographic most important to advertisers*), women 25-54 (4.9/12, with NBC) and second in adults 18-49 (3.3/10). CBS was first in adults 25-54 for the seventh week in a row and first in men 25-54 for the eighth consecutive week.
Season-to-date, CBS (4.9/12) is first in adults 25-54 with a +0.1 advantage over NBC. This time last year, CBS trailed NBC by -0.4 rating point. CBS is now second in adults 18-49, just -0.3 behind NBC compared to -0.7 behind NBC last season.

? CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION dominated its time period in households (15.4/25), viewers (24.70m), adults 18-34 (5.7/18), adults 18-49 (7.9/22) and adults 25-54 (10.0/25). CSI was the week's top rated program in households, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 as well as the most watched program.
