JOE AND EMILY ASSIST AN ANGRY BRIDE WITH HER PRE-NUPTIAL AGREEMENT, ON "FAMILY LAW," APRIL 22

"Alienation of Affection"-- Joe and Emily assist an angry bride with her pre-nuptial agreement who accuses her fiancé of being unfaithful, on FAMILY LAW, Monday, April 22 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Fred Gerber directed the episode from a script by Stephen Nathan and David Shore.

Joe and Emily realize their problems have just begun hours before the wedding when the bride refuses to sign the agreement. She confronts her fiancé about his infidelity but he denies being unfaithful and instead pleads that it wasn't another woman who kept him from coming home one evening, but an alien abduction. Meanwhile, Lynn and Rex go before the court to argue for an annulment to their brief marriage. Also, Viveca helps a couple with their adoption of a child from a surrogate mother.
