IS RENEWED FOR FIVE ADDITIONAL YEARS
ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK
"The Bold and the Beautiful" To Celebrate Its 18th Anniversary on March 23
LOS ANGELES -- The CBS Television Network has secured a five-year extension of the broadcast rights for the highly-rated, Emmy Award-winning THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL ("B&B"), it was announced by Nina Tassler, President, CBS Entertainment and Bradley P. Bell, "The Bold and the Beautiful" Executive Producer and Head Writer.
THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, which takes place in the high-glamour fashion world of Los Angeles, will celebrate its 18th anniversary on March 23, 2005. Created by legendary television producing and writing couple William and Lee Phillip Bell, B&B was nominated in 2004 for a Daytime Emmy as Outstanding Daytime Drama Series. The show is the second most watched daytime drama averaging 3.93 million viewers daily.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL is broadcast weekdays (1:30-2:00 PM, ET; 12:30-1:00 PM, PT) on the CBS Television Network. The show has taped more than 4,500 episodes in its?nearly 18?years on the air.
