"The New Neighbors" -- Jimmy and Christine try to discourage the potential new neighbors from buying the house next door so they can have it for themselves, on YES, DEAR, Wednesday, April 6 (9:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Jeff Meyer directed the episode written by Erika Kaestle and Patrick McCarthy.
When the house next door to the Warner's goes on sale, Jimmy and Christine instantly dislike the potential new neighbors, perfect-couple Margaret (Shelley Long) and Joel (Alan Thicke), who Greg and Kim love. But when Jimmy and Christine realize that they can afford to buy the house themselves, they try everything they can to discourage Margaret and Joel from buying the house. Greg on the other hand tries everything he can to prevent Jimmy and Christine from becoming the new neighbors -- even if it means going to jail.

"Tree Hugger" -- Jimmy and Greg get into a fight over a lemon tree on Jimmy's property, which sours their relationship, on YES, DEAR, Wednesday, April 13 (9:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Jeff Meyer directed the episode written by Bobby Bowman.
As Jimmy and Christine adjust to their new house next door to Greg and Kim's, Jimmy wants to exercise his right as a homeowner and cut down a lemon tree in his backyard. However, this is the same tree that provides Greg with shade and his daily lemon for his tea. Although he asks Jimmy to please reconsider his decision, both become stubborn which leads them to childish behavior.
