CBS NEWS' "THE EARLY SHOW" PARTNERS WITH WILLIAMS-SONOMA FOR "THE PERFECT THANKSGIVING"
Partnership Marks the First Time "The Early Show" Has Collaborated With a Leading National Retailer for a Week-Long Series
CBS News' THE EARLY SHOW is partnering with premier specialty retailer Williams-Sonoma for "The Perfect Thanksgiving." This unique partnership features a week-long series of cooking and entertaining segments to be broadcast on THE EARLY SHOW Monday, Nov. 15 - Friday, Nov. 19 (7:00-9:00 AM ET/PT). A final segment on Friday, Nov. 26, the day after Thanksgiving, will focus on ways to use leftovers. All of the segments will be taped at William- Sonoma's new flagship store in New York City.
This marks the first time THE EARLY SHOW has worked with a major national retailer for a week-long series. As part of the partnership, details about the series are included in three consecutive Fall 2004 Williams-Sonoma catalog mailings. Williams-Sonoma circulates 55 million catalogs annually. In addition, throughout the month of November, more than 250 Williams-Sonoma locations will feature front-door signage and postcards at the registers about "A Perfect Thanksgiving," and all store associates will be wearing buttons promoting the series.

The six segments, hosted by EARLY SHOW anchor Hannah Storm, working with culinary expert Tori Ritchie, will be taped in the state-of-the-art kitchen at the Williams-Sonoma store in New York City.
