THE TOP-RATED CBS DAYTIME DRAMA, "THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS," BROADCASTS ENCORE PRESENTATIONS OF THE FANS' MOST-REQUESTED EPISODES

Included Is The Episode Missed During The 2003 Black-Out

CBS Daytime is offering a second helping for the Thanksgiving holiday when the number one daytime drama, THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, offers fans special encore presentations of two popular episodes from 2003.

On Thursday, Nov, 27 (12:30 PM -1:30 PM, ET; 11:00 AM-12:00 PM, CT), CBS will rebroadcast THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS' dramatic climax of the Isabella murder mystery in which Chris is rescued by Paul and Michael. Many East Coast viewers who were left without electricity in the wake of the east coast power outage on its original airdate, August 15, 2003, missed this episode. THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS will not be pre-empted on the West Coast due to coverage of the "CBS Thanksgiving Day Parade."

On Friday, Nov. 28 (12:30 PM-1:30 PM, ET; 11:00 AM-12:00 PM, CT; 3:00 PM-4:00 PM, PT), a recent fan favorite, originally broadcast on October 17, 2003, will be rebroadcast. The episode revolves around the aftermath of the devastating fire at Gina's and JT's emotionally charged rescue of Colleen from the rubble. Due to NCAA Football, THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS will air 3:00 PM-4:00 PM on the West Coast.

THURSDAY, NOV. 27 (THANKSGIVING) AND FRIDAY, NOV. 28:

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL, AS THE WORLD TURNS and GUIDING LIGHT are pre-empted both days.

THE PRICE IS RIGHT is pre-empted on Thanksgiving. A repeat (originally broadcast Sept. 23, 2003) will be broadcast Friday, Nov. 28 (11:00 AM-12:00 PM ET, 10:00 AM-11:00 AM, PT). Part of this episode was previously pre-empted for President Bush's address to the United Nations.
