THE CSI TEAM WORKS TOGETHER TO FIND NEW EVIDENCE IN A RAPE/MURDER CASE AFTER THE COURT THROWS OUT THEIR MAIN PIECE OF EVIDENCE, ON "CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION," THURSDAY, NOV. 13

Xander Berkeley ("24") Guest Stars as Sheriff Roy Atwater

"Invisible Evidence " -- After key evidence is thrown out in court, the CSI team must combine their resources to find new evidence in order to commit their suspect, on CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION Thursday, Nov. 13 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Danny Cannon, one of the series' executive producers, directed the episode from a script by Josh Berman.

Xander Berekely ("24") guest stars as the new sheriff who looks for Warrick to take the fall for the suspect going free.

Warrick testifies in a rape/murder trial, but the defense gets the key piece of evidence, a bloody knife, thrown out on a technicality. CSI is given a 24-hour continuance to process the remaining "unprocessed" evidence or discover a new link tying the suspect. With further investigation, the CSIs begin to question if the suspect is actually guilty.
