ONE TEAM MUST ENDURE A CHALLENGE INVOLVING FOOD THAT REFUSES TO BE SWALLOWED!,
ON "THE AMAZING RACE 4," THURSDAY, JULY 31

"That's me. That's my face. Just hit my face. Hit my face!" --A team has to perform a rather sticky challenge, on THE AMAZING RACE 4, Thursday, July 31 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Phil Keoghan is the host of the series.

One team's experience at a pinnacle moment of their relationship comes in handy during a challenge in which they have to eat live baby octopi that refuse to be swallowed. Meanwhile, two teams find themselves lost and inadvertently drive toward the North Korean border, finding themselves amongst columns of tanks, machine gun nests and assorted heavy armor. Also, team members face the daunting prospect of having to strip down and swim underwater through a corridor of freezing ice water under a frozen lake.

"Such A Nice Pheromone Smell To You - Just Makes Me Want To Stay Close To You!" A challenge forces teams to perform a terrifying task, on THE AMAZING RACE 4, Thursday, Aug. 7 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Phil Keoghan is the host of the series.

Teams arrive at the penthouse of a hotel skyscraper, only to discover that they must descend down the side of the building from the balcony.... face first. Meanwhile, a harrowing roadblock requires teammates to stay calm in order retrieve a clue from a tank filled with huge sharks. Also, one team attacks another personally in order to make them lose their cool.
