CBS HAS THE THREE MOST WATCHED PROGRAMS OF THE WEEK

"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" Is #1 In Viewers, Households And Adults 18-49 For The Third Consecutive Week

"Without A Trace" Is # 2 Program Of The Week, The Freshman Drama's Highest Rank Ever

"Everybody Loves Raymond" And "The King Of Queens" Are The Week's Two Top Comedies And "60 Minutes" The #1 Newsmagazine

CBS had the top three dramas, the top two comedies and the #1 news magazine in the week ending June 29, Week 40 of the 2002-03 television year.

CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION (R), WITHOUT A TRACE (R) and CSI: MIAMI (R) were the top three programs of the week, with EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND (R) #7 overall, THE KING OF QUEENS (R) #9 and 60 MINUTES (R) #11.

For the week in viewers: CBS (an average of 7.65 million), NBC (7.78m), FOX (5.77m) and ABC (5.64m). CBS leads in viewers for the summer season-to-date: CBS (8.46m), NBC (8.20m), ABC (6.50m) and FOX (6.15m).

In households: CBS (5.4/10), NBC (5.5/10), ABC (3.9/07) and FOX (3.8/07). The Network also leads in households for the summer season-to-date: CBS (5.9/11), NBC (5.7/10), ABC (4.4/08) and FOX (3.9/07).

In viewers for the week, CBS was first on Monday and Thursday and second on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

CBS was second in adults 25-54 (2.6/08), boomers (3.1/09) and women 25-54 (3.2/09).

CBS's top programs of the week in viewers: #1 CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION (R) (an average of 13.80m viewers), #2 WITHOUT A TRACE (R) (12.38m), #3 CSI: MIAMI (R) (11.97m), #7 EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND (R) (10.38m), #9 THE KING OF QUEENS (R) (9.96m), #11 60 MINUTES (R) (8.92m), #16 60 MINUTES II (P) (8.13m), #20 THE AMAZING RACE 4 (7.86m) #27 CBS WEDNESDAY MOVIE SPECIAL "Guilty Hearts" part 2 of 2 (R) (S) (7.55m) and #28 CBS SUNDAY MOVIE "Perfect Murder, Perfect Town" part 1 of 2 (R) (7.41m).

? CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION (R) (9.5/16, 13.80m) was first in households, viewers and key demographics -- and was the week's most watched and highest rated in households and adults 18-49 (tie) for the third consecutive week and highest rated in adults 25-54 for the second time in three weeks.

? WITHOUT A TRACE (R) 8.4/15, 12.38m) was first in households, viewers and key demographics -- and posted its largest margin of victory over "ER" in households (+3.7 rating points), adults 25-54 (+1.6), and viewers (+5.88m) this summer. Compared to the same night last year (a rebroadcast of "The Agency"), WITHOUT A TRACE was up +56% in households, +38% in adults 25-54, +44% in boomers, +53% in women 25-54, +20% in men 25-54 and +25% in adults 18-49. WITHOUT A TRACE was the week's second most watched program, the freshman drama's highest weekly rank ever.

? CSI: MIAMI (R) (8.4/14, 11.97m) was first in households, viewers and key demographics. CSI: MIAMI is the top rated program Monday night in households, adults 18-49, adults 25-54 and the week's third most watched program.

? EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND (R) (7.2/12, 10.38m) was first in households, viewers, adults 25-54, boomers, women 25-54 and men 25-54 and second in adults 18-49. RAYMOND is the second most watched and second highest rated program for the second consecutive week, behind CSI: MIAMI.

? 60 MINUTES (R) (6.3/13, 8.92m) was first in households, viewers and men 25-54 (2.2/08, tie FOX) and second in other key demographics -- and was the #1 news magazine of the week.

? THE KING OF QUEENS (R) (6.9/11, 9.96m) was first in households, viewers, boomers and men 25-54 and second in adults 25-54, women 25-54 and adults 18-49. Compared to the same night last year, THE KING OF QUEENS was up +11% in adults 25-54, +9% in boomers, +4% in women 25-54, +25% in men 25-54 and +21% in adults 18-49 (from "Becker").

? 60 MINUTES II (P) (6.0/11, 8.13m) was first in households and viewers in its new time period, Wednesday (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT).

? THE AMAZING RACE 4 (5.2/10, 7.86m) was first in boomers and second in households and key demographics -- up +30% in adults 25-54, +20% in boomers, +55% in women 25-54, +32% in adults 18-49 and even in men 25-54 compared to the time period last year ("The Price is Right" Special). In its second half-hour, THE AMAZING RACE 4 (5.6/10, 8.49m) was first in households, viewers and adults 25-54 (3.8/12).

? On Thursday, CBS (7.7/14, 11.35m) was first in households, viewers, adults 25-54 (4.6/14) and adults 18-49 (3.5/12) for the sixth consecutive week, and first in boomers (5.2/15), women 25-54 (5.6/16) and men 25-54 (3.5/11). Compared to the same night last year, CBS was up +4% in households, +12% in adults 25-54, +11% in boomers, +22% in women 25-54, +3% in adults 18-49 and down -5% in men 25-54.

? On Monday, CBS (6.8/12, 9.67m) was first in households for the 18th consecutive week and first in viewers and adults 25-54 (4.0/11) for the 12th time in 13 weeks. CBS was also first in boomers (4.7/13) and women 25-54 (4.8/12) for the ninth consecutive week, first in men 25-54 (3.2/10) for the eighth time in nine weeks and second in adults 18-49 (3.2/10). Compared to the same night last year, CBS was up +8% in adults 25-54, +12% in boomers, +7% in both women 25-54 and adults 18-49, +14% in men 25-54 and even in households.
