"Fortunate Son" - After a young Vietnamese-born Marine is caught seemingly red-handed by INS agents smuggling illegal aliens into the country, Harm is assigned to investigate, on a rebroadcast of JAG, Friday, Aug. 1 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Lt. Hien, who made it out of Vietnam before the fall of Saigon, claims he is innocent of the charge but doesn't give Harm any information that can clear him. Meanwhile, the Secretary of the Navy decides to audit the JAG office and its procedures and the person in charge is Cmdr. Ted Lindsey, an obnoxious former JAG officer whose career was ruined by Admiral Chegwidden.
