GARY SINISE AND JOELY RICHARDSON STAR IN "FALLEN ANGEL," A NEW "HALLMARK HALL OF FAME" PRESENTATION, WHICH HAS COMPLETED PRODUCTION IN TORONTO FOR BROADCAST ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK ?
FALLEN ANGEL, a new "Hallmark Hall of Fame" presentation starring Emmy Award-winning Gary Sinise (for "George Wallace") and Joely Richardson ("The Patriot," "The Affair of the Necklace"), has completed production in Toronto for broadcast on the CBS Television Network.???In this drama, a big-city lawyer reluctantly returns to his small hometown, and while reconnecting with a young woman he'd known as a child, he discovers the life-altering truths that it is never too late to forgive - or to love.

Since childhood, Terry McQuinn (Sinise) has vowed to be different from his father, Mac, a hard-working, meticulous caretaker of several beautiful Maine waterfront summer mansions, who was fixated on his role as a worker/provider, to the detriment of his attention-starved wife and son. But on one life-altering occasion, Mac uncharacteristically asked his 8-year-old son to join him in opening the estate Serenity Place. Terry was immediately taken with the mansion, its grounds and the tender and doting relationship the estate's kind-hearted owner, Charles Wentworth, had with his 4-year-old daughter, Katherine. But this picture-perfect world would not last long - for, later that day, Terry would witness a deadly accident that subsequently caused a guilt-ridden Charles to run away from his wife, daughter - and his former life.

After Mac's death, when an adult Terry reluctantly heads back to his small hometown with the intention of quickly sorting through his father's things - and, hopefully, closing the door to his troubled past - he is struck by a recent note in his father's workshop: "Open Serenity for Christmas."

Terry suddenly experiences an undeniable urge to get to know Katherine (Richardson), who, with her blind, adopted 4-year-old daughter, Olivia, is going to the long-abandoned Serenity for what Katherine's mother has convinced her is the first time. Additionally, Terry inexplicably finds himself getting closer to learning what became of Charles, the father whom the lovely Katherine believes never knew or loved her.

As Terry starts to become close to the equally charmed Katherine and Olivia, he realizes that his career-focused life has been as misguided as his father's. As he starts to shift his priorities, he begins to see more clearly how forgiving others - and oneself - can pave the way to a loving relationship.
