"Explicit Activities" - Mannion is hell-bent on changing the legislation regarding child pornography after a pair of horrific cases come his way, on a rebroadcast of THE DISTRICT, Saturday, Dec. 28 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Jaclyn Smith ("Charlie's Angels") plays a tough civil rights attorney who goes head-to-head with Mannion. Ving Rhames ("Pulp Fiction") returns as the Attorney General and Lou Rawls guest stars as a musician who plays in Teddy R's.

When Mannion asks Det. Cahill to reopen an accidental death case of a son of a congressman, his team learns that the victim was caught in an FBI sting operation of child pornographers on the Internet. Meanwhile, Temple and Debreno investigate the murder of an 11-year-old girl who was sexually assaulted and left for dead, and find a porn website with computer generated photos of the girl. As a result, Mannion grows determined to change the legislation concerning child pornography, and goes to the Attorney General (Rhames) - and the two powerful men make an unlikely pact.
