Sunday mornings just got a little bit brighter as ratings leader, ACOUSTIC SUNRISE
WBMX, Mix 104.1’s Dan O’Brien will continue to anchor ACOUSTIC SUNRISE, as he celebrates over 12 years hosting the program.

Dan O’Brien began ACOUSTIC SUNRISE in 1995 at CBS RADIO’s WPBZ, The Buzz, in West Palm Beach, Florida. The show migrated to Boston’s WBMX in March of 1997, where it has been a weekly staple of Sunday mornings and continued to be a strong performer in both the Arbitron diary and PPM ratings services. O’Brien, who has hosted more than 650 consecutive weekly shows, has collected numerous rare acoustic performances over the years which he plays on the diverse program.
