THE ANGELS INTERCEDE WHEN A FATHER-DAUGHTER RELATIONSHIP BECOMES CHALLENGED BY THE DAUGHTER'S OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER, ON "TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL," SATURDAY, OCT. 19

Nicholas Turturro ("NYPD Blue") Guest Stars

"The Word" - The Angels help a teenage girl who suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and her father overcome their obstacles, on TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL, Saturday, Oct. 19 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Stuart Margolin directed the episode written by Ken LaZebnik.

Charlee Wells is a 17-year-old girl suffering from OCD. In order to graduate from high school, she must complete one last composition. Unfortunately, the OCD causes Charlee to have anxieties that prevent her from completing such a seemingly simple task. Complicating matters, Charlee's gruff, single father, Rolando (guest star Nicholas Turturro, "NYPD Blue") is illiterate and unable to help with her school work. The Angels suggest to Rolando that life could be more fulfilling if only he could read. Now it is up to Rolando to recognize the importance of literacy, if only for the sake of his daughter.
