Eminem protégé Obie Trice and television's Number One drama, CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION, have teamed up for an exclusive music video promoting and made entirely from clips of the episode "Poppin' Tags," and showcasing Obie's new single, "Snitch," featuring Akon. The music video will be available for viewing on CBS.com and the episode from which the video was cut will be broadcast Thursday, April 13 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Additionally, free downloads of the single "Snitch" will be available on CBS.com for 48 hours immediately following that night's east coast broadcast of CSI.

The episode and the soundtrack for the episode will feature Obie Trice and Akon performing "Snitch" from Obie's new album, Second Round's On Me. In the episode, the investigation into the murder of three teens killed while promoting a rapper's new album leads the CSI team into the world of rival rappers Jessie "Dollar" Cleveland (Page Kennedy) and Hi-Def (Travis Barker), each of whom will do anything to promote themselves and destroy the other. The CSI's suspect that Dollar's sidekick "Drops" (Method Man), Hi-Def's right-hand woman J-Lady (Shanna Moakler), or Marcus (Rick Gonzales), a Las Vegas auto dealer, may hold the key to solving the case.

Bryan Spicer directed the episode from a script by Dustin Lee Abraham.
