NEW YORK, NY – June 6, 2025— Today, In honor of the 25th Anniversary of “BET Awards,” BET has launched a bold new campaign on the world’s largest LED screen— the Exosphere of Sphere in Las Vegas—bringing the cultural impact of the “BET Awards” to new heights. The custom visuals celebrate legendary moments in “BET Awards” history and spotlight the return of comedian, actor, and mogul Kevin Hart as host of this year’s show.
In partnership with Hartbeat and Sphere Studios, BET designed a dynamic and immersive visual experience that showcases the magnitude of this milestone anniversary and the bigness of our host. The campaign marks BET’s first-ever activation on Sphere’s digital canvas, amplifying anticipation for Culture’s Biggest Night.
“For the 25th anniversary of the BET Awards, we wanted to create a moment reflecting the scale and significance of this show’s meaning to our culture. Sphere offered a powerful platform to celebrate the legacy of the Awards, honor the artists and creators who’ve defined the culture, and spotlight Kevin Hart’s return in a way that feels as iconic as the night itself,” said Kimberly Paige, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.
“BET Awards” have long been the most powerful stage for celebrating Black excellence across music, film, television, and sports. This activation aims to drive national excitement and tune-in ahead of the 25th anniversary show, airing live Monday, June 9 at 8 PM ET/PT from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
