AS THE ‘BET AMPLIFIED’ ARTISTS FOR JUNE 2024

New York, NY, June 4, 2024 – BET Music is proud to announce BossMan Dlow as the BET Amplified Artist for June 2024. Recognized as BET Music's endorsement for the next big thing in music, BET Amplified spotlights artists poised for significant impact in the industry. As BET celebrates Black Music Month, the brand is proud to amplify burgeoning Black artists, and the supremely talented BossMan Dlow is no exception.

BossMan Dlow’s breakthrough mixtape, Mr Beat The Road, debuted at #20 on the Billboard 200, racking up an impressive 37.3M total streams and 24.4k units sold; while also debuting at #1 on Apple Music's Hip-Hop Albums chart and #2 on the All-Genre charts. Mr Beat The Road" is led by the Gold-certified, Billboard Hot 100 smash "Get In With Me" - which last week hit #1 at Urban Radio in the U.S. - and features the trending "Mr Pot Scraper," and the rising “Talk My Shit,” which peaked in the Top 5 of Billboard’s TikTok Top 50. Dlow also recently dropped a remix for his sizzling track, “Finesse,” featuring Memphis stunner, GloRilla.

Port Salerno’s own BossMan Dlow has carved out a unique space in the rap game, becoming the first artist from his hometown to sign a major record deal, signing to Alamo Records in 2023. His journey from local buzz to national recognition has been marked by relentless practice and consistency, earning him co-signs from heavyweights like Rod Wave, Moneybagg Yo, Sexyy Red, Solange, Lil Baby, and more.

From 2019-2021, BossMan Dlow built a solid local following with hits like “The Biggest,” “Rotation,” and “Chic Fil A.” These tracks resonated across Florida and the South, with “The Biggest” remix featuring YTB Fatt amassing nearly eleven million views on YouTube. His debut project, Too Slippery, and its deluxe edition, 2 Slippery, further solidified his reputation in 2023.
