BET NAMES R&B/SOUL SINGER, SONGWRITER & PRODUCER
OCTOBER LONDON AS THE ‘BET AMPLIFIED’ ARTIST FOR FEBRUARY 2024

New York, NY February 01, 2023 – BET Music names soul singer and songwriter October London, as the BET Amplified artist for February. BET Amplified is BET Music's stamp of approval for the next big thing in music. Fresh off of a sultry live performance at “Soul Train Awards” 2023, BET is proud to celebrate Black History Month amplifying this smooth and heartfelt vocalist.

Since bursting onto the scene in July 2016 with a featured role on Snoop Dogg’s song “Revolution,” Jared Samuel Erskine’s (a.k.a October London) soulful crooning  has garnered the singer millions of views and a spot atop the Billboard R&B Airplay chart with his hit song ‘Back To Your Place.’ The Soul Train Award-nominated, Indiana native also landed his single ‘Eternity’ on the soundtrack for the 2023 box-office hit film “The Color Purple.” You can now catch this Death Row recording artist at a city near you on his national tour in support of his 2023 LP “The Rebirth of Marvin,” and hear exactly why this talented singer has called to mind some of the vocal greats like Marvin Gaye and Sam Cooke.

October London can now also add BET Amplified Artist to his list of accolades. Breakout R&B phenomenon and Death Row Records recording artist October London’s hit “Back To Your Place” hit #1 at R&B radio for 11 consecutive weeks and reached the Top 10 on the Urban mainstream chart!  The song has captivated music lovers across the nation recently receiving Soul Train Award nominations for “Song Of The Year”, “Video Of The Year” and “The Ashford & Simpson Songwriter’s Award”, and October was also nominated for “Best R&B/Soul Male Artist”.
