A Missouri appeals court today vacated the murder conviction of Ryan Ferguson for the 2001 murder of a newspaper sports editor. Ferguson’s case was overturned after he spent nearly a decade of 40-year prison sentence and eight years after 48 HOURS launched an investigation into the case.
