CBS Sports is partnering with EA SPORTS FC™ 24 with a Kickoff Show to launch Team of the Year (TOTY) award voting beginning on Monday, January 8. The EA SPORTS FC™ TOTY XI annually celebrates the best men’s and women’s players across the globe and is determined through a fan vote.

CBS Sports’ studio team of Kate Abdo, Jamie Carragher, Micah Richards and guest analyst Alex Scott will host a Kickoff Show by selecting their respective Men’s TOTY XI sides. Abdo will partner with Carragher while Richards and Scott team up to select their TOTY XI squads. FC Barcelona midfielder Alexia Putellas then joins the show to help the crew select their Women’s TOTY XI.

The EA SPORTS FC™24 TOTY Men’s Kickoff Show will debut on Monday, January 8 at 11 AM, ET, on CBS Sports Golazo YouTube and the EA SPORTS FC YouTube. The Women’s TOTY Kickoff Show will premiere on Jan. 8 at 1 PM, ET, on CBS Sports Golazo YouTube and the EA SPORTS FC YouTube. Both shows will also stream on CBS Sports Golazo Network beginning at 2 PM, ET, and will be available to stream on-demand on Paramount+ later that day.

CBS Sports will also air a 30-minute special on Jan. 8 following the Kickoff Show featuring top moments of Micah Richards playing EA SPORTS FC™ 24 against one of the Men’s TOTY XI selectees. The special will air on CBS Sports Golazo Network at 2:30 PM, ET, and stream on CBS Sports Golazo YouTube and on-demand on Paramount+. 

Content from the TOTY Kickoff Show will also be posted across @CBSSportsGolazo and @EASPORTSFC social accounts beginning on Jan. 8 and throughout the voting window.

Team of The Year voting begins on Jan. 8 at 11 AM ET / 4 PM GMT / 5 PM CET. The vote will close Sunday, January 14 at 2:59 AM ET / 7:59 AM GMT / 8:59am CET.
