Leah Lewis is known for her breakout performance in the Netflix feature film “The Half of It,” written and directed by Alice Wu. The film launched globally on Netflix after winning the Founders Award for Best U.S. Narrative Feature at the Tribeca Film Festival. Lewis was cast in the starring role of Ember in Pixar’s animated feature “Elemental” when writer/director Peter Sohn fell in love with her performance in “The Half of It.”

 

Also, she voices the role of Rav in the upcoming Paramount animated feature film THE TIGER’S APPRENTICE alongside Sandra Oh and Michelle Yeoh, set to release in 2024, and will be seen in the upcoming feature film “Tripped Up” from director Shruti Ganguly.

 

Her television credits include her role as George Fan in the CW series “Nancy Drew,” currently airing its fourth and final season; The CW’s “Charmed”; Hulu’s “Guidance”; ABC’s “Station 19” and “The Good Doctor”; and Fox’s “The Gifted.”

 

In addition to her acting, Lewis is an incredible singer who has been writing her own music since the age of 15. In her free time, Lewis enjoys writing, powerlifting, advocating for mental health care, getting active outdoors in nature, spending time with her family and creating a community of friends while traveling or resting between jobs.
