Emmy Award-winning producer Allison Grodner is the creator and executive producer of “Big Brother.” She received an Emmy for producing the docu-series “The Teen Files.”

Grodner’s additional executive producer credits include the reality romantic comedy series “Plain Jane,” “You’re Cut Off,” “She’s Got the Look,” “Big Rich Texas,” “The Big Tip,” “Summer Camp,” “OMG! EMT,” “Brat Camp,” “The Family,” “Blow Out,” “Situation: Comedy,” “Flipped” and the critically-acclaimed documentary “Small Town Ecstasy.”

Grodner is a partner at Fly On The Wall Entertainment, a company founded to produce compelling, story-driven, unscripted television and documentaries. Fly On The Wall is one of the longest standing and most well respected production companies in the reality genre, having produced over 2,000 hours of programming.
