(New York, NY) - July 28, 2026 - MTV today announced the return of season four of the "team up or take down" investigative series, Caught in the Act: Unfaithful. Hosted by reality TV star Tami Roman, all new episodes will air Tuesday, August 18th at 8pm ET/PT on MTV.

On this season of Caught in the Act: Unfaithful, long term relationships are rattled, sexual identities are explored, and polyamory and throuples are fair game as the “rules of relationships” are constantly being broken and rewritten. Each episode follows a “Suspicious Lover” who enlists Tami, Coach Ken Canion, and a team of stellar investigators to uncover shocking truths that could end relationships or redefine them altogether. Once the evidence is presented, the “Suspicious Lover” must decide whether to team up with their partner’s other lover or take them both down in a dramatic undercover ambush.

Caught in the Act: Unfaithful is executive produced by Melissa Tallerine for MTV. Lashan Browning, Donna Edge-Rachell, Alissa Horowitz, Daniel Wiener, Jamail Shelton, and Rich Allen are Executive Producers for Antoinette Media. Tami Roman also serves as a Producer.
