CBS Sports Network to Feature Live Team Practices and Exclusive Encore Airings of Men’s Final Four Games; CBS Sports HQ Coverage Includes Live Interviews, Press Conference Coverage and Highlights

Special Episode of WE NEED TO TALK to Air on CBS and Paramount+ on Sunday, April 2

CBS Sports will feature a comprehensive slate of basketball programming surrounding the 2023 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Final Four across CBS, CBS Sports Network, CBS Sports HQ and Paramount+.

In addition to CBS Sports and Warner Bros. Discovery Sports’ exclusive live coverage of the NCAA Men’s Final Four National Semifinals and the National Championship airing on CBS, CBS Sports will have all angles covered throughout the week across its platforms.

The Final Four National Semifinals tip off at 6:09 PM, ET, on Saturday, April 1, with Florida Atlantic facing San Diego State, followed by UConn against Miami. Pregame coverage will begin with At the Final Four Presented by Nissan at 3:00 PM, ET, followed by The Final Four Show from 4:00-6:00 PM, ET. On Monday, April 3, the Capital One Championship Central pregame show will air at 8:30 PM, ET, leading into the National Championship game at 9:20 PM, ET.

CBS Sports Network’s on-site coverage from Houston will be anchored by Adam Zucker and Brent Stover, alongside analysts Steve Lappas, Shelvin Mack, Renee Montgomery, Wally Szczerbiak and Chris Walker, reporter AJ Ross, and insiders Seth Davis, Jon Rothstein and Gary Parrish.

  • CBS Sports’ critically-acclaimed studio show, WE NEED TO TALK, airs a special episode presented by AT&T from Houston. The show will be hosted by Sarah Kustok, Lisa Leslie, Swin Cash and Renee Montgomery, who combine for seven WNBA titles and three NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championships. The women will preview the Men’s and Women’s Championship games and pay homage to Houston with a feature on NASA Astronaut Lt. Col. Jasmin Moghbeli. Hall of Fame sportscaster Lesley Visser will also share her memories from covering nearly four decades of Men’s Final Fours.

CBS Sports HQ kicks off coverage live from Houston on Thursday, March 30 and will feature live analysis and predictions leading into and following the Men’s Final Four. Coverage from the stadium will include live interviews, press conference coverage, the latest news and must-see game highlights.
