CBS SPECTACULAR RAISES STAKES WITH “EPIC POKER: EIGHT-MAX MAIN EVENT” ON NOV. 19

CBS SPORTS SPECTACULAR features the climatic conclusion to the EPIC POKER: EIGHT-MAX MAIN EVENT on Saturday, Nov. 11 (2:00-3:00 PM, ET; taped 9/6-9/11). Four players remain on the table, toughing it out to become the Epic Poker Main Event champion and take home the nearly $800,000 prize. Mike McDonald, the youngest member of the Epic Poker League, will try to set a new standard for all the young guns in the game, but three others stand in his way. Amateur David Steicke, Global Poker Index-ranked Fabrice Soulier and veteran Erik Seidel, who is in the midst of one of the most successful years of poker any player has had, are all vying for the championship prize.  Pat O’Brien and Ali Nejad call the action for CBS Sports from the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nev.
