“FACE THE NATION WITH MARGARET BRENNAN” FINISHES 2Q 2026 #1 IN TOTAL VIEWERS FOR THE 24TH CONSECUTIVE QUARTER

The Broadcast Delivered Its Strongest Viewer Number In Nine Weeks This Past Sunday

FACE THE NATION WITH MARGARET BRENNAN finished the second quarter of 2026 as the #1 Sunday public affairs broadcast in total viewers for the 24th consecutive quarter and sixth consecutive season, averaging 2.8M viewers over the past three months, according to Nielsen data, which exceeds both its competitors. The broadcast has ranked #1 in viewers for 33 of 40 weeks this season in Panel + Big Data and has seen total viewership increase +6% when compared to last season.

This past Sunday, FACE THE NATION averaged 2.9M viewers, and saw a +12% increase in total viewers from the previous week, and a +16% jump in viewership from this time last year, delivering its strongest viewer number in nine weeks. In the A25-54 demo, FTN averaged 374K viewers, up +21% from last week and up +8% versus last year.

For the month of June, FACE THE NATION viewership increased +1% since the previous month, for the first positive viewership growth month since January 2026. Additional highlights and key interviews from this past quarter are below.
