CBS NEWS’ “FACE THE NATION WITH MARGARET BRENNAN” WAS THE #1 SUNDAY MORNING PUBLIC AFFAIRS SHOW ACROSS THE BOARD ON MAY 7

FACE THE NATION WITH MARGARET BRENNAN was the #1 Sunday show across the board on Sunday, May 7, delivering 2.7 million viewers, with 539,000 in adults 25-54, and was the only program to grow week-to-week (+4% in adults 25-54 and viewers) and year-over-year (+17% in adults 25-54 and +2% year-over-year), according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings. Season-to-date, FACE THE NATION remains #1 among total viewers for the third consecutive year and ranks #1 in adults 25-54.

Sunday’s broadcast featured moderator Margaret Brennan’s conversation with Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-Ariz.) from the McCain Institute Sedona Forum, and interviews with Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, chairman of the House Financial Services Committee Rep. Patrick McHenry (R-N.C.), and North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper (D).
