CBS NEWS’ “FACE THE NATION WITH MARGARET BRENNAN” WAS THE #1 SUNDAY MORNING PUBLIC AFFAIRS SHOW IN VIEWERS ON MARCH 26

FACE THE NATION WITH MARGARET BRENNAN delivered 3.0 million viewers, with 476,000 in adults 25-54, ranking #1 in total viewers on Sunday, March 26 according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings. FACE THE NATION has ranked #1 in viewers for 25 of the 27 weeks this season and for 14 consecutive weeks. Season-to-date, FACE THE NATION ranks #1 among total viewers for the third consecutive year.

Sunday’s broadcast featured moderator Margaret Brennan’s interviews with Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.); Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-Texas); coordinator for strategic communications at the National Security Council, John Kirby; and president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, Neel Kashkari.

CBS News chief election and campaign correspondent Robert Costa joined the broadcast to expand on his reporting on former President Trump’s campaign rally in Waco, Texas and special counsel Jack Smith’s Jan. 6 investigation. CBS News legal analyst Rikki Klieman, former New York City police commissioner Bill Bratton and Costa discussed what could happen if the former president is indicted and arrested in New York.
