60 MINUTES will devote its entire hour this week to the news magazine's creator and former executive producer, Don Hewitt, who passed away yesterday (19) at the age of 86.  The special 60 MINUTES program, "Remembering Don Hewitt," will be broadcast Sunday, Aug. 23 (7:00-8:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. 

The 60 MINUTES correspondents will present individual segments that will tell the story of the legendary newsman's life, lasting contributions to the television news industry and especially their favorite stories about their boss and his times at 60 MINUTES.

The hour will be produced by 60 MINUTES Executive Producer Jeff Fager.
