Drew: You guys have been best friends for how long? Is it 20 years?

Kate: We're about to have our 14th year.

John: It's our 14th on May 5th, it'll be our 14th anniversary.

Drew: And when you guys met, is it true that you were like sleepover buddies, because I love the sleepover.

John: At 24.

Drew: How did you guys meet and where did you find each other?

John: We met actually, I guess we were on our friend, our mutual friends put us on the same comedy show and then put us on the same short film and it was instant.

Kate: We met. I mean it really was. I'm sorry, but it was like falling in love. We were hanging out eating snacks and then we were in Grand Central Station being pulled apart like at 3 a.m. like, and then we texted in bed that night and then I think the next day we hung out and John slept in my apartment I had a roommate. John would slept in my bed with me for years, 2 years and I was like, why don't I have a boyfriend? That's so weird.

John: Yeah, we were confused, we were confused as to why we didn't have boyfriends and we were sleeping in the same bed every night and I would run out of underwear at a certain point because I, and I didn't want to go back to my apartment, so I would go to CVS and get a big pack of Hanes, yeah, oh yeah.
